Using this website

• Use the website only for lawful purposes, and do not try to harm it or the people who use it.
• The photos, words and design belong to San Marko Formals or are used with permission. Do not copy them without our written permission.

Products, prices and reservations

• We try to show every product, colour and price correctly. Screens show colours differently, and mistakes can happen: we may correct a price or description, or cancel a reservation, if one is wrong.
• Prices and availability can change without notice.
• A reservation holds an item for you to see and pay for in our shop. Nothing is charged on the website.
• Returns and exchanges follow our Store policy.

SECTION 20 – SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Program: San Marko Formals Alerts, sent by San Marko Formals (New York Formals Inc.), 718 Central Park Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10704.

What we send: Order and appointment updates: appointment and fitting confirmations and reminders, order ready, pickup and return reminders, order status updates, and wedding-group updates. Offers: anniversary messages, special offers and review requests. We send these only to customers who separately agree to them.

How you agree: By giving us your mobile number in our store, on an order, appointment or wedding-group form, or on our website, after we tell you that by giving your number you agree to texts about your order or request. For offers and anniversary messages we ask for a separate agreement, for example a signed agreement for wedding-group contacts. We keep a record of when and how you agreed.

Message frequency: Varies with your active orders. Offers are sent no more than a few times per month. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop: Reply STOP at any time. You will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to subscribe again.
