Returns from the shop

You can return a purchase within 14 days, in our shop, with your receipt or proof of purchase.

The item must be unworn and unaltered, in the condition you bought it, with its tags and packaging.
We refund to the card or method you paid with.
Sale and clearance items cannot be refunded.
Altered items and gift cards cannot be returned.

We replace an item if it is defective or damaged. Bring it to the shop, or call us first at (914) 964-8982.

Nothing is charged on the website. When you reserve an item for pickup, you pay in our shop, and these same rules apply to your purchase.

These are the terms of our rental agreement, the same ones printed on your rental order.

A non-refundable down payment of $100 is required when you reserve. If you cancel, for any reason, it becomes a store credit.
No credit is given for a cancellation less than 8 days before the use date.
Changes asked for within 8 days of the use date may cost extra.
A final fitting in our shop before the event is required. If you skip it, you take full responsibility for the fit. Check your package for every piece, and that it is correct and clean. Tell us early if something needs changing.
You are responsible for everything you rent.
Return everything in good condition by the return date on your receipt, or, if none is given, the first business day after the use date. Bring it on its hangers, in the travel bag, with your rental receipt.
Late returns are $25 a day, for all or any part of the rental.
Anything not returned in good condition within 7 days of the use date is treated as lost or stolen. We may then charge its full retail value, or the value of the rental, with the late charges.
Charges for late returns, damage or loss may be billed to the card on your rental agreement, or to your group leader's account.
We are not responsible for personal items left in the clothes.
